STEP 3: You simply f0ollow the plan and keep a food diary as you go. Then send Dean a picture of it every 3 or 4 days. Dean will then adjust your meal plan as necessary to ensure maximum weight loss. 

STEP 4: Dean will also message you several times each week to see how you’re going, answer questions and to motivate you. You are not doing this alone.
