This is the perfect length of program for those of you who want to lose between 5 and 8 kg's of fat. 

You receive a highly personalized nutrition program along with an exercise plan to maximize the weekly rate of fat loss. Either the nutrition plan or the exercise plan will be adjusted each week to maximize your weight loss.  The exercise does not have to be gym-based, walking will be fine. You can choose to do this program without committing to exercise.


The program includes nutrition and lifestyle pre-screening

A highly personalized nutrition program is designed.

Weekly exercise routine (if applicable), exercise recommendations/workouts but not specific sets and reps.

8 x weekly follow-up consultations, for accountability, and to allow for the necessary adjustments to be made to the program based on your results. 

This program is available online, or as a mix of online and in-person consultations in Auckland.

    A successful nutrition plan is one that is flexible in terms of food choices and convenience, yet it still delivers results.

    If it's easy to follow you are more likely to adhere to it long term. If a nutrition plan is too restrictive you will 'burn out' and return to those previous eating habits.
