This program is perfect for those who want to lose a decent amount of weight. You share your weight loss journey with Dean, with 24/7 email support, phone calls, and in-person meetings (if you are in Auckland).
You can only lose a certain amount of weight each week. If you push it too hard the body becomes stressed and will hold onto the body fat. Therefore you have to allocate a good number of weeks if you want to drop a lot of weight. The risk is that you lose interest or the rate of weight loss is slow and so you give up. Committing to 12 weeks helps prevent you from quitting, and allows for adjustments to your plan as you progress so you continue to get maximum weight loss for your effort.
12 weeks will allow for the new weight loss lifestyle to become a natural way of eating for you. You will reach your goal weight and be able to maintain it long-term.

It should be easy.....
A successful nutrition plan is one that is flexible in terms of food choices and convenience, yet it still delivers results.
If it's easy to follow you are more likely to adhere to it long term. If a nutrition plan is too restrictive you will 'burn out' and return to those previous eating habits.
There are times though when a 'corrective diet' is required initially to rebalance the body. Examples of this are and excessively acidic body (gout, skin conditions, inflamation) or when we need to reverse pre-diabetic and type 2 diabetes.
