Losing weight is a bit more complicated than the over-simplified ‘calories in versus calories out’ because of:

1. The limited time (and sometimes energy) you have available to do the ‘calories out’ side of the equation.

2. Not all calories are the same. A calorie that stimulates insulin is different to a calorie that doesn’t stimulate insulin.

STEP 2: Keep a record

Keep a record of what you eat and when you eat it. The next morning record you weight so we can see the relationship between food choices and how your body is responding.

STEP 3: Send it through

Send Dean a picture of the pervious days food diary. He will review it and give you feedback and recommendations.

All you have to do is keep a record of what you eat. Dean will modify it without creating extra work for you as much as possible.
