2: YOUR PERSONAL PLAN
If we decide to work together, in our first appointment we will review your current lifestyle and any health conditions that will need to be factored into the plan design.
I’ll quickly go over the basic science behind weight loss so you understand the ‘why’ behind the meal options.
You will receive two food lists that classify common foods into those foods that promote weight loss (fat burning) and those that prevent weight loss.
For ‘in-person’ consultations, if you are comfortable we will do an upper body caliper body fat test to find out your % body fat, kg’s/lbs fat mass and lean mass so we can more accurately track the rate of fat loss and lean muscle gain.
If you exercise, I’ll then show you the best way to structure your exercise for maximum fat-burning, based on the activities you like to do.
We then design your nutrition plan based on the foods you like to eat and that are easy to incorporate into your lifestyle. The meal suggestions have the right amounts of protein, carbs, and fats at the right times. This is crucial to your success.
3: STAYING FOCUSED
We need to make sure the plan is working well, so we check in every 2 weeks. I may need to adjust the macro’s at some meal times to speed up the rate of fat loss so you are getting maximum results for your effort.
We stay focused with these check-ins and this new way of eating becomes your new normal and you will have long terms weight loss success.
THE COST
The STARTING PACKAGE is the best way for most people to start.
This consists of the initial consultation (60 minutes) and four follow-up consultations (30 minutes each).
This also includes unlimited email and messaging between appointments to answer any questions and provide motivation.
The STARTING PACKAGE costs $647 NZD .
At the completion you can continue working together towards your next goal on a ‘pay as you go’ approach ($89) based on my availability.

FORMER CLIENTS RETURNING
If you’re a former client who needs an updated nutrition plan and regular accountability then the fee is $178 for the new program design.
In-person follow up consultations are 30 minutes and the fee is $89. If we are working together online, then submit your weekly food diary online, and we will have a phone/virtual consultation every two weeks.
