FOR NEW CLIENTS 

1. If possible, send through your completed “Lifestyle Questionnaire’ as this will give me a good insight as to where you are at and how best i can assist. Then we can organize a call to see if the program is right for you.

2: The Initial Consultation

Below is a description of the consultation process and what you can expect.

When we meet we will quickly review your current lifestyle and any health conditions that will be factored into the plan design. Then we will discuss the basic science behind weight loss and why some of the healthy foods you’re eating are making it near-impossible for you to lose weight. 

You will receive two food lists that classify common foods into those foods that promote weight loss (fat burning) and those foods that prevent weight loss.

Then, if you are comfortable having a skinfold body fat assessment I will take your measurements as this will tell us your % body fat, kg’s fat, kg’s lean mass etc. so we can track the rate of fat loss and lean muscle gain.

Based on your body composition, I will work out realistic short, medium and long-term % body fat/ lean mass goals for you to work towards.

If you exercise, I’ll then show you the best way to structure your exercise for maximum fat burning, based on the activities you like to do.

We then design your nutrition plan based on the foods you like to eat and that are easy to incorporate into your lifestyle. I will calculate the amounts of carbs, protein and fat for each meal/snack. We will likely restrict some foods and introduce other foods you may not have considered. I will give you several meal/ snack options for each mealtime.

You may be recommended specific proven beneficial supplements that are necessary to restore you to optimal levels for improved metabolic and hormonal function.

The change in diet will also improve your blood markers (cholesterol etc.), improve your blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and flush excessive acid (acid/alkaline) for numerous health improvements.

Allow an hour for your first appointment. At the end of the consultation, you will receive a draft of the initial nutrition plan so you can start immediately. After I have reviewed our session notes I will email through the formal copy of your plan.

3: Follow-up Consultations

Follow-up appointments are typically every two weeks. These appointments are crucial as I need to assess how your body is responding to the foods you are eating and/or the exercise schedule. We don’t want to leave it longer than this in case there are changes that need to be made. 

From your feedback and the results of your body fat test I will make the necessary adjustments to your plan so that you keep tracking towards your goal body fat % at a good rate relative to your effort.

 

YOUR INVESTMENT

The Initial Program is the best way for most people to start. This consists of the initial consultation (60 minutes) and four follow-up consultations (30 minutes each) typically two weeks apart. 

This also includes unlimited email and messaging between appointments to answer any questions and provide motivation. 

If you become unwell or are traveling during this then we can reschedule your subsequent appointments

The fee for the Initial Program is $645. 

At the completion you can continue working together towards your next goal on a ‘pay as you go’ approach ($89) based on my availability.

Please note: there is a late cancellation policy, whereby if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee. I will use my discretion.

NUTRITION PLANS TO CATER FOR:

Dairy Free, Gluten Free and other food sensitivities. 

Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian.

Intermittent fasting.

Sports Nutrition: fueling training sessions and optimizing recovery over the next 24-48 hours. Working towards ideal body fat composition and weight. 

I have worked with people of all ages, from teens to those in their 70’s with a multitude of other factors like: age-related lifestyles, medical conditions, food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, and food psychology.  

FOR ONLINE CLIENTS 

The same process as above with the exception being that you will need to track your progress changes yourself. This is often done with tape measurements, daily morning weight, how your clothes are fitting and perhaps weekly of 2-weekly progress photos if you’re keen. Send me your weekly food diary either in email or take a photo of it and message me it.  

FORMER CLIENTS RETURNING

If you’re a former client who needs an updated nutrition plan and regular accountability then the fee is $178 for the new program design (former client special rate).

In-person follow up consultations are 30 minutes and the fee is $89. If we are working together online, then the weekly food diary reviews are complimentary, unless I have to give specific feedback regarding plan adjustments or troubleshooting, then the fee is $49.
