Personal Training Packages

NEW CLIENTS

All new clients begin with an initial 10-session foundation phase designed to establish training structure, nutrition habits, and momentum.

Initial package is

10 x 45 minute Training Sessions + Nutrition

Total: $1200. 

Ongoing coaching then continues via recurring 4-week billing cycles. ($94 per session)

Programs are structured around a minimum of one session per week to ensure consistency and results.

SHARED SESSIONS

Share your training with family or a friend. 

Two exercises are run concurrently, you switch with each other (adjusted for individual levels of fitness or pre-existing injuries). There is no standing around waiting for your turn.

10 x 2 on 1 sessions for 45 minutes are $1600 total. 

Ongoing coaching then continues via recurring 4-week billing cycles. ($80 pp per session)

Programs are structured around a minimum of one session per week to ensure consistency and results.

30 min SESSIONS

For clients who are new to exercise or resistance training.

Initial package is

10 x 30 minute Training Sessions + Nutrition

Total: $950. 

Ongoing coaching then continues via recurring 4-week billing cycles ($69 per session)

Best suited to clients committed to training twice per week for faster progress and accountability.

Recurring 4-Week Billing Cycle

Programs are billed in recurring 4-week cycles in advance to maintain consistency, accountability, and your reserved training times.

Programs operate on a continuous billing structure rather than attendance-based payments to maintain your reserved appointment time.

With sufficient notice*, missed sessions may be rescheduled where possible with appropriate notice and availability permits, and are intended to be used within the current 4-week period.

Holding a Reserved Recurring Appointment

Your recurring training appointment is reserved exclusively for you each week.

For absences of two weeks or longer, a 50% reservation fee per session applies to retain your regular appointment time while away.

Clients who choose not to retain their appointment time may need to rebook based on future availability.

Reserved appointment holds are intended for temporary absences such as travel, illness, or injury.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 18 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your session.

*Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the session cost, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Thank you for your understanding.
